01 — What we collect

When you place an order we collect the name, email, shipping address and payment details needed to fulfil it. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect standard technical data (device type, browser, pages visited) used to keep the store fast and secure.

02 — How we use your data

Your data is used to process orders, provide support, send order updates you request, and — only with your consent — marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

03 — Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the store: payment and shipping providers, our email platform and our analytics provider. We never sell your personal information.

04 — Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

05 — Cookies

We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to understand how the store is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though the cart may not function.
