01 — 30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

02 — How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll email you a prepaid return label or simple drop-off instructions within 24 hours.

03 — Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we inspect it and issue your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

04 — Exchanges and sizing

Want a different size? Mention it when you contact us and we'll reserve the new size so it ships as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

05 — Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed in most cases.
