01 — Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. In the rare case a product is mispriced or out of stock after ordering, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

02 — Pricing

All prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for an accepted order won't change.

03 — Product information

We work hard to display products, materials and measurements accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens. If a product differs materially from its description, our returns policy has you covered.

04 — Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
